Feb 7, 2018 – Nollywood Actor Hon Armstrong Moses Colleagues Mourn As Wife , Rita Armstrong Dies Of Spinal Chord Injury After AKTC Bus Crash

Nollywood actress Rita Armstrong, the wife of actor turned Hon. Moses Armstrong died in a fatal accident on Lagos Benin Ore expressway over the weekend.

moses armstrong wife dies spinal cord injury

Her death really shocked her friends and her husband’s colleagues as she was a loving person in her lifetime.

Here are some touching tributes they wrote for her on the social media:

Stanley Williams Inyang:

“God knew why he called you out. I learnt your spinal chord was damaged in the course of the accident that is termed “mysterious” from an eye witness report. If you had survived, you would have lived a misery life, may be that’s why God called you out. As a loving God that He is, He chose to call you to eternity than let you suffer in this wicked world.
On if Señorita was murdered, my take is yes. She was used as a sacrificial lamb for someone’s promotion. But I know God is alive and He knows everything about her death. I am praying and I know He answers prayers. Whoever killed her would never get away with it. The end of such a person would be worse than that of Señorita. Mark my words.
Rest in peace, sweetie.”

Monsurat Oyindamola:

Hmmmmm..I don’t just no what to say when they called me u are dead Mrs Armstrong I saw the cake u make that same last week that u are gone and I even comment on it in fact am short of words u an Awopeju we will all miss u guys we don’t want this again GOD pls av mercy on us.Aameen

Olaniyan Olajumoke Oluwaseun Mielan:

I find it so difficult to believe you passed away,am still in shock ever since the day I heard of your departure from this world. You called me last week,we couldn’t talk for long on the phone because I was at work so I promised to call you last weekend. On Saturday morning I called you, your phone rang and no one picked up,little did I know something was wrong because it was that same evening I heard you passed away. Mrs Armstrong to say you were humble would be an understatement, you were so industrious, purpose driven and also a goal getter. I feel so honored to call you a friend. You were one of the few friends I made in catering school that made my learning worth the while. I’ll miss you.
All of the students of catering and hotel management of 2017 set at WAPA will miss you too.
We pray God gives your family the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable lost!
Your memories will forever remain in our hearts.
Rest in perfect peace

Rosemary George :

You were a sister in millions ways, when we live close to each other in isokan estate. I could not believe my ear or my eyes that you are gone to soon.
Rita Armstrong why did live us so soon, not even thinking of your children. I still pray for you to wake up . miracle must happened by God grace

Rita Peters:

I want to wake up from this terrible dream please Lord, this can’t be true koko, you were young and full of life,it even feels strange to write about you in past tense. What happens to your little girls now ufan?????

Xavier Ekerete Titus:

I can do a good job when I want to write,
But this is one moment I’ve tried and failed.
Since Saturday, I just don’t know how to start.
I only knew one thing about her, SIMPLICITY.

I pray the Almighty God to give Hon. Armstrong Moses and his family the strength to carry on.

RIP Rita Armstrong

Queen Tessy Jack :
I don’t have much to say to you here…with that bring you back to me?? No! Only God know the reason you left so soon. I am nobody to place judgment, but God know the best, since om Saturday morning i refused to believe that you have gone, till now, my Tears is fast dropping every minute second of the day. Rest in peace my sweet beautiful gorgeous princess. Good night till we meet again.

Idara Ubong Usen :

A beautiful soul is never’s hard to believe you are no more.I saw you on monday, only to be told on saturday that you are no more Eka Kim, like i call you.May God comfort your husband Hon. Moses Armstrong and your two beautiful princesses Tima & Kimberly.

Kingpin Eshiet :
Dear Senorita,

If only I knew that our time would be so brief,
Spoiled you rotten I would have done.

If only I knew that would be our last phone call,
Just to listen to you speak, held on longer I would have done.

If only I knew it was the last time I was seeing you,
Called you back and hugged you tight I would have done.

If only I knew it was the last time I would see you smile,
Stood longer and watch you smile I would have done.

If only I knew that I was seeing your face for the last time,
Memorize all it’s features I would have done.

If only I knew that God would take you away so soon,
Spend all my time with you I would have done.

There are a lot of things I would have done differently if only I had known.

Sleep on my dear sister and friend, the whole Lagos community misses you.

Daniel Abass :

We often say that the hour of death cannot be forecast. When we say this we imagine this hour would be in a distant future. We never thought we would be thinking about Rita Armstrong as a memory.

Yes, it came way too soon and as a shock and still feels a bit unreal.

We all have different memories of Senorita but one thing they all have in common is her humility and respect for persons of all age, whether young or old.

I learnt you went through so much in the past year, things that would have broken a lot of people but you never. You carried on gracefully because you knew you had to be strong for your husband, kids, friends/fans.
As for Mr Armstrong Moses, please take heart; I pray God give you the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable lost!
Although you will be greatly missed, You will always be remembered as a colleague, friend, sister and a very resilient woman with strong ethics.
May your gentle soul Rest In Peace!

Another friend :
Oh my God…!
Im so short of words…
I still cant believe u r gone…

Emmanuel Owuala:
How do I start? Where do I start from? God understands.

Ufan mmi1 Armstrong Moses please be consoled that you shall surely meet your darling wife on that beautiful morning.

Rita Armstrong so you couldn’t just wait? How do we take this? Your husband, your children, how?

We mourn your departure from this world.

Adieu Awan Ufan mmi!
Adieu my friend!
Goodnight Rita.

Moses Eskor :

AKTC again!
AKTC Again!
Lagos Benin Road again
Ore again
Oh why? Why? Why?
But who I’m to blame anyone?
There is nothing I can say now,
We have cried since morning yet we can’t see any gain from the tears,
My only duty now is to pray GOD Almighty to console my best friend Armstrong Moses
Oh why? Why Rita Armstrong?
Sister Sonarita may your gentle Soul rest in peace.
Please Join me and Pray for the recovery of the baby Kimbaly, May GOD Heal the baby
My heart is bleeding right now.

So im going to start missing u? Really???

With tears in my eyes i say take heart
Armstrong Moses

Mrs Rita Armstrong may God rest ur soul.

Bishop Tony Daniel:

Rita Armstrong but why? You told me about your predicament about two weeks ago in a chat and promised to see me once you’re in town, why is AKTC bringing your corpse to uyo instead of dropping you off at their terminus. You forgot to tell your lovely kids to take care of themselves? Did you tell your dad Mr Jeremiah Udofia that you were traveling to join your mum? How about your younger ones? I even forgot to mention your darling husband Armstrong Moses RIP dear sister.
